DFR117SF-23A 是無鹵、無限制重金屬、無磷酸酯，實現了真正綠色環保，將廢棄的聚碳酸酯塑膠通過回收造粒得到新的塑膠顆粒，將新的塑膠顆粒與原始樹脂混合生產的一種新型的消費後回收（PCR）阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜，符合 ROHS,TCO, REACH & Blue Angel 等歐洲環保法規要求及嚴格的 UL 安全規範，其環保特性方便重複迴圈使用。與傳統阻燃 PC 比較，本產品具有 PCR 特點，有效降低環境污染、減少碳足跡以及能源的消耗，本產品更加綠色環保，助力實現“碳達峰”、“碳中和”；而且可以提高產品品質，本產品機械性能更加優越,  外觀品質更好, 顏色更穩定、一致；可用於有阻燃要求的面板、標牌等的印刷；具有優越的成型性，可用於有阻燃要求的 IMD 應用；同時可以廣泛用於電源供應器、電視/顯示器、商務機等貼合絕緣和遮蔽。

DFR117SF-23A is a black flame-resistant and Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) Polycarbonate (PC) Film. It is free of halogen, limited heavy metals and phosphate flame retardants, realizing environmental friendly. The new plastic particle was obtained through recyle and granulate the waste polycarbonate plastic, and the new plastic particle was mixed with the original resin to produce a new type of Post-Consumer Recy cled (PCR) and flame retardant polycarbonate film. Accord with European environmental rules or regulations such as ROHS, TCO, REACH and Blue Angel as well as has UL certificate. It can be recycle-used. Compared with previous flame-resistant PC film, the product has the characteristic of PCR, it can effectively reduce environmental pollution, reduce carbon footprint and energy consumption, the product is more environmental friendly, it benefit to achieve "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral". And it can improve the quality of the product, it has better mechanical properties, appearance, stable and uniform color. It is widely used in printing industry, such as panels, labels required with flame resistance. It can also be used in IMD fields because of its excellent forming capability. At the same time, it is also widely used in power supplies, TV/monitors, business computers as insulation and shielding.
